1) WXD-TM-800 includes double trimming head, double flagging head, trimming and flagging 

synchronously, with high production up to 10000 pieces of broom daily. 


2) For the network bristle, it should be in flagging material, and the diameter of each bristle 

should be from 0.08mm – 1.2mm. 


3) For the machine, it can be network with flat surface broom ONLY. 


4) The trimming blade with reversing switch, if the switch in clockwise direction, the machine will 

be into trimming filament working condition. If the switch in anti clockwise direction, the machine 

will be into polish blade mode. 


5) For each flagging head with 400 pieces of flagging needles, which make the bristle in perfect 

slitting condition.
